When will I receive my order?
In general, upon receiving a confirmed payment, if the items are in stock, processing time for orders usually takes 1-3 business days prior to shipping. Once shipped, transit times vary, but generally take 1-7 business days. For a complete explanation of our shipping policy, please read our terms and conditions.

What is the 30 day guarantee?
We accept the return of products within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, orders fall under 1 year warranty terms and conditions. A return will include a full refund, minus the cost of shipping both ways. Items must be returned new, unused, and unassembled in the original packaging. All refunds are applied to the same credit card used in the initial purchase. If an order was paid for by check or money order, please allow approximately 2 weeks for a refund check to be mailed.

What is the 1 year warranty?
All products have a 1 year warranty on the parts, excluding the lights. If a part breaks due to a defect of the item, Protanner.com will replace the part free of charge with no shipping costs for the customer. All replacement parts are shipped with a standard ground service. Damage due to inappropriate use by the customer will void the warranty. The warranty does not include labor or installation of the parts and the company does not provide assistance with installation or repair.

Will I get a tracking number once my order is shipped?
Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email, provided you have given us a correct email address. For a complete explanation of our shipping policy, please read our terms and conditions.
My order was damaged during shipping?
If your order arrived damaged due to shipping, you must report the damage to Protanner.com within 15 days from the date of delivery to qualify for a free replacement.  Replacements are sent free of charge for items which are damaged during shipping and by the carrier.  Failure to report damage to the unit due to shipping will not qualify for a free replacement and you will be responsible for all replacement costs, including cost of parts and shipping.
Lights Warranty?
Like all light bulbs, the Protanner's tanning lights will diminish in strength with time and eventually will need to be replaced.  This is not covered under the warranty.  Additional and replacement lights may be purchased from us.  Using lights from another supplier/manufacturer will void the warranty for the unit.
